Beta Omicron at Tulane University
Welcome to the website of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Tulane University!
Beta Omicron resides at the beautiful Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are a proud group of women that strive to live by the highest standards. We aim to succeed in our friendships, academics, philanthropy, and our leadership. Our sorority provides the foundation for these aspirations, and we do our best to achieve them.
Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded in 1870 at Monmouth College. That year, six incredible women came together to create a fraternity for women that would incorporate the highest of values. Beta Omicron’s history began on May 11th, 1904 when it was recognized by the University and recieved its charter.
After just celebrating our 105th anniversary in the spring of 2009, Beta Omicron continues to reach the standards set by our founders. Our chapter continues the Kappa tradition of developing leadership skills, expanding opportunities for self-growth, and abiding by strong morals.
So, please enjoy browsing our website! Take your time to go through our pages to get an idea of what Beta Omicron is all about. Thank you for visiting!
