fun facts about WVU kappas:

• Kappa Kappa Gamma was awarded with the highest grade point average on campus continuously from 1995-2008.
• The former first lady of WVU, and her daughter, are both Kappa alumnae.
• The first Homecoming Queen at West Virginia University was a Kappa and in 2006, one of our sisters was crowned Homecoming Queen.
• Kappa Kappa Gamma was the third sorority on campus.
• We were the first sorority on campus to own a house.
• Our chapter recently celebrated our Centennial.
• Arnold Hall was named after the Dean of Women, who was a Kappa
• There is a mini Kappa house in South Park after which our house is modeled after.
• The 2009-2010 WVU SGA Vice President was a Kappa alumna.
• The 2012 Miss West Virginia USA was a Kappa alumna
• The 2012 Miss West Virginia Sweetheart
