Delta Delta at McGill University

A Tradition of Leadership
...since 1870
The Delta Delta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded on the McGill University campus on November 21, 1930, by a group of 12 women. Since then, the women initiated into our chapter have worked to continue the work of our founders by upholding our fraternity's long tradition of friendship, scholarship and leadership.
During the course of now 80 years, Kappa Kappa Gammas have certainly left their mark at McGill.
Campus Involvement
Being a part of an organization such as Kappa Kappa Gamma makes the university experience much more memorable. We are a tight knit group of women that are not only committed to our sorority, but we are are also very involved in numerous other campus organizations.
Kappa Kappa Gamma, like the other three sororities on campus, is part of McGill University's Panhellenic system, as well as the Inter-Greek Letter Council.
The Panhellenic (Panhellenic Website) oversees all four sororities on campus and it is also responsible for organizing recruitment every year. Every semester there are activities planned by the Panhellenic such as game nights or semi-formals.
The Inter-Greek Letter Council (IGLC) (McGill IGLC Website) oversees all Greek letter organizations - sororities and fraternities. IGLC organizes activities such as Greek Week, seven days of a mini-olympics of activities in which all sororities and fraternities participate.
