Sisterhood is very important to Kappa. Aside from weekly chapter meetings, we also have at least one planned sisterhood event every month. These events vary from a movie and snacks on the front lawn to an ice cream party on a hot spring day. We also plan lots of great social events so we can get together during the busy school year to relax and have fun!
In the 2009-2010 school year, Kappa has had lots of fun social events. We hosted a joint Semi-Formal "Kite and Key" party with Kappa Alpha Theta and held our annual "Glow Kappa" party this Fall. We have also had various swaps with campus fraternities, a barbeque lunch with our Tri-Council Circle, and a few sisterhood events including a tie-dye making party.
