Epsilon Omicron chapter at UC Davis
Welcome to the website for the Epsilon Omicron Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at UC Davis! As President, I cannot wait to see what the amazing women of the Epsilon Omicron chapter will accomplish this year. We began last year with the most successful recruitment in Davis and in the history of our chapter. We continued to thrive as many young leaders emerged from our outstanding new member class and won Greek Week for the second year in a row!
I believe our chapter stands out from others with our ability to form strong bonds between women in the house regardless of their age. This attitude is something that makes our Chapter different, bringing a special cohesiveness to our house.
My personal experiences as both member of the UC Davis Greek Community and as a Kappa Kappa Gamma have been invaluable. I am constantly reminded of how special it is to be a part of such a wonderful and powerful organization. Whether it be meeting a Kappa alum in a work setting who delightfully notices your resume, or spending time with the Kappa Kappa Gamma International Fraternity President, Denise Rugani (an Epsilon Omicron alum from UC Davis), these special encounters are proof that Kappa’s continue to thrive in the area of leadership and are able to form connections and friendships that last a lifetime.
I respect the tradition and legacy of Kappa Kappa Gamma with all my heart and truly believe in all the ideals which a Kappa stands for. Last October, I was reminded of my dedication and investment in Kappa when I surprised my sister at her initiation ceremony, where were we both able to participate in the same rituals that we will both remember and cherish for the rest our lives. I am truly overjoyed that my own sister will be experiencing the tradition and leadership that has helped me grow throughout college.
I want to spread the admiration I have for Kappa and continue to inspire the rest of our chapter with my enthusiasm. Kappa is headed in a new and exciting direction. I have dedicated myself fully to the well-being of our chapter and its individual members so that Kappa may continue to thrive on our campus!
With all my love and loyalty,
Epsilon Omicron President of UC Davis
