Recruitment is one of the most exciting times of year for every Kappa chapter. It is our chance to show off who we are and its an opportunity to cultivate an incoming class of girls who epitomize what it means to be a Kappa. Recruitment allows us the opportunity to define our goals as a group of strong women looking to make an impact. It is also one of the best chances we get to bond as a chapter and really get to know our sisters.
