Recruitment
The Panhellenic community at K-State will have formal Recruitment for 2009 before the fall semester. Recruitment is a wonderful opportunity for potential new members to visit each chapter on campus and get a sense of greek life. The busy week of Recruitment includes four rounds of parties and ends with an exciting Bid Day. Recruitment is based on a mutual selection process in which both the potential new member and the sorority determines the best place for the woman. Letters of recommendation regarding women going through Recruitment are greatly appreciated. Please complete an alumna reference form and include a resume and a photo for the potential new member. All recommendations should be sent to the chapter house before Recruitment begins.
