Welcome to the Kappa Kappa Gamma at Whitman College website!
Kappa is one of the largest national women's fraternities, with 136 collegiate chapters and nearly 300 active alumnae associations. More than 230,000 Kappas have been initiated since the founding of Kappa Kappa Gamma in 1870. Founded in 1918, Gamma Gamma chapter at Whitman College is proud to continue Kappa's legacy of leadership, scholarship and friendship. Kappas are dedicated to high achievement, philanthropy, campus involvement and sisterhood. On this website you will find photos from our philanthropy events, including Mr. Whitman and Dr. Seuss Day, personal statements from our members and the history of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Through Kappa, women create lasting bonds and memories with friends close enough to call "sisters."
