Kappa participates in a wide variety of Panhellenic sponsored events. Not only are our members elected officers, but they also utilize Panhellenic events to their benefit. For example, members attend educational sessions, such as: Safe Spring Break, Greek 101, Backpacks to Briefcases, and Greek Recognition Night.
Sisterhood Events:
Sisterhood events allow all active members in the chapter to get together for a fun activity. It is a great way to take a break from academics and get to know your sisters! Kappa organizes several sisterhood events throughout the year. Examples of recent events include private workout classes at the student recreational center, a New Member retreat, study snacks during finals week, Kore Group Dinners, educational guest speakers ranging from career advice and resume building to sun safety.
Social Events:
Each semester Kappa hosts several social events. Several of annual events include Prohibition, Kappa Krush, Kappa Wedding, Monmouth Duo, with Pi Beta Phi and much more! We also hold Dad's Weekend in the Fall and Mom's Weekend in the Spring.
