Within each chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a Chapter Council, consisting of 18 members, is elected annually. These chapter officers work together through communication, leadership, organization, education, motivation and implementation to plan and execute the many chapter events and programs.

Aside from these elected and nominated positions, each active is placed in a committee and is responsible for assisting the officers in charge with the planning of events of that committee. These committees enable everyone the ability to become further involved in Kappa and is essential in planning successful events. Involvement in committees is the stepping stones to becoming recognized as a potential officer as much as it is a learning and growing experience for all Kappas.
